Yoshima is a practicing consultant with over 15 years of experience in OD, Talent Management, and HR. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from London. She also holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and an MBA in HR from India. She is certified in the administration, implementation, and interpretation of Hogan Assessments. She is a Member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), USA. She is a founder and core team member of the Community of Organizational Sciences in India (COSI). She has also been an executive coach and handled OD projects, training module designing, Competency mapping, and Assessment/Development centers in the corporate sector.
She is currently focused on OD-related issues like HiPo identification, leadership development, change management, etc. She is passionate about creating awareness regarding the use of I/O psychology and evidence-based management in India for organizational efficiency. She believes in helping individuals and organizations achieve positive, lasting as well as measurable results by using well researched, internationally proven techniques/tools based on NLP, Organizational psychology, EI, etc especially through coaching
She has successfully managed, led, and created/designed assessments, coaching sessions, and training modules for leaders ranging from mid to senior level. Her projects span large MNCs in IT &ITES, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc. sectors.
