Ambuj Jain

Ambuj is a soft skills trainer, certified psychometric assessor, coach with  ICF approved training, certified counsellor, and author with overall  experience exceeding 30 years. He started his career in Sales and  Consumer Research with companies like Otis Elevators and Modi Xerox  Ltd and moved into Software Development and support. Ambuj started his own Venture in software development and soon got into software training where he stayed for 14 years. Since last 16 years he has been working – mostly as a freelancer – associating with major consulting firms in the  arena of Human Resources Development in engagements involving Design and/or Delivery  (including online) of Instructor-led soft skills training workshops and assessment centres. His  book titled “Parenting in the 21st Century” has been published by Tata McGraw-Hill Ltd. Ambuj is a first class science graduate in Mathematics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College,  and an alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development & Management.
